	Schuman Associates has coordinated the Study on “Innovation and Research in business including knowledge transfer in Portugal”, following a DG REGIO initiative to support Portuguese Authorities in defining their post-2013 approach to using Structural Funds for improving business innovation and research, including knowledge transfer. Its findings, based on a strategic diagnosis, case studies and international benchmarking, were debated in a set of roundtables involving the main stakeholders active in the field of R&D and business innovation in Portugal. The outcomes of the study will be soon published and distributed by the European Commission”.
	Schuman has won a tender to advise World Bank in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia on cofounding opportunities with the EU. We will be training the local World Bank teams.
