Isabelle ROCCIA

Senior Consultant

is French and a senior consultant on EU civil security. Isabelle assists Schuman’s clients in policy monitoring, stakeholder mapping and opportunity tracking at EU level, especially regarding information technologies in security-related issues. Before joining Schuman in 2008, Isabelle worked within the European Commission on defence industry regulatory issues and on EU security-related projects and programmes. She has also been retained by private companies to work on European Security and Defence Policy matters, EU research policy and funding monitoring in many areas related to civil security. She is an evaluator on the expert panel of the 7th Research Framework programme for security. She holds degrees in international relations and in security & defence from Paris II University. She speaks fluent French and English.
