Schuman Associates respects and values the privacy of those who provide their personal data to us. Schuman Associates may use personal data to contact parties with a legitimate interest in attending our events, gathering feedback, etc. We comply with applicable data privacy legislation with regards to processing personal data. Any person in receipt of mails from the Schuman Associates mailing list will have the option to ‘OPT-OUT’. A link at the end of the mail will allow the recipient to be removed from our contact list.

We work with and on behalf of other organisations to create and support events. We will not share the contact details with these organisations. We may on occasion need to cross check names to avoid duplication; this will be done without sharing any contact details such as email or phone number.

IT Security: All information shall be kept absolutely secure and confidential behind a firewall and protected systems. Our IT provider Connectis, is in compliance with the GDPR, and the confidentiality / security of data is also assured from an IT architecture point of view. The ultra-secure private cloud is located in Belgium, and CONNECTIS can certify that no data will ever be stored outside the EU.
