Digital4Business is an EU co-funded project to develop a European Master’s programme aimed at digital upskilling across many industries.

Delivering the next generation of digital decision-makers and professionals

Schuman Associates is a proud partner of Digital4Business, an education and skills initiative co-funded by the European Commission's Digital Europe Programme.

Through its Master’s programme, the Digital4Business project will train business leaders, professionals and graduates from across Europe to fill high-demand occupational profiles that are critical to the success of European companies. It will deliver the next generation of digital decision makers and business professionals with knowledge in advanced digital skills who can work effectively with ICT teams.

Launched in December 2022, Digital4Business is a €19.92 million project led by a consortium of 15 partners from 7 EU countries, uniting Europe’s higher education institutions, research centres, training providers and industry partners in providing excellence in digital skills.

By helping businesses transform their expertise in digital technologies, we are committed to promoting long-term competitiveness and growth in European SMEs and companies, and to developing a culture of excellence in advanced digital skills.

A curriculum designed for real-world readiness

Digital4Business’s curriculum is built on a rigorous needs analysis involving all consortium partners, ensuring that the training provided meets the highest standards of both academic rigour and industry relevance. The programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical, job-ready skills that are essential for immediate and effective application in the workforce.

The programme will be delivered in both part-time and full-time online formats, complemented by seminars and networking events. It will provide students with academic accreditation, industry certification and microcredentials, along with work-based learning, employability and mobility programmes.

Our contribution

Our involvement spans the entire project. In parallel to co-leading the project management, we lead the project’s long-term sustainability, with a focus on ensuring the excellence of the master’s programme and establishing it as a best practice for joint master’s programmes. We also co-lead on communications and dissemination, with the objective of expanding the programme across Europe.
