Anca is Romanian. She is our Business Director in charge of designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies for increased productivity and growth within Schuman. Anca heads the Structural and Recovery Funds Practice, managing the public sector funding knowledge center of the company and coordinating a multi-country team of funding experts across all EU-27 member states. With more than 15 years of experience in business management and funding consultancy, Anca has been creating and managing EU funding programmes and projects for public and private organizations active in the digital, healthcare, energy and labor market sectors. Anca graduated a Management and Business Communication Master and has a bachelor in European Studies and International Relations. She speaks Romanian, English, Spanish and some French.
