Lorcan is Irish. He holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to joining the Schuman Associates EU Policy team, he worked at the European Parliament in the education, sport and culture sectors, and with the Irish NGO, AHEAD. Lorcan speaks English, French and Spanish.
