Tanya Petrova
Country Lead - Bulgaria
Tanya is Country Lead for Bulgaria. She provides strategic reviews of EU programmes and market assessment, and assists clients in public sector strategy development, identification of partners, mapping shareholders, on-going monitoring and follow-up of funding opportunities in Bulgaria, neighbouring countries and at EU-level.
Prior to working with Schuman Associates, Tanya gained experience in the NGO sector with a focus on the European Voluntary Service (EVS, Youth in Action Programme of the European Commission).
Tanya is Bulgarian and graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. She also trained at the Institute for Microeconomics at Wien University and the Austrian Business Chamber. She speaks Bulgarian, German, English and Russian.
