STEP and the European Commission co-host conference ‘Tackling EU cross-border Inheritance Tax issues’

Schuman Associates supported The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and DG TAXUD in the organization of a high level conference held in the European Commission (Centre Borshette) on cross-border inheritance tax issues.
Discussion followed from the European Commission's own initiative on inheritance tax published towards the end of 2011. Speakers included senior European Commission officials, academia, STEP experts from different EU Member States and Maltese member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), Vincent Farrugia.
