Launch of the European IT Professionalism Framework

Schuman Associates joined the launch of the new framework at a European Conference on Fostering IT Professionalism in Europe. The framework is based on four building blocks: Competences, Body of Knowledge, Education & Training and Professional Ethics.

The real value of the framework is the recognition of competences and skills across Europe which in turn will allow labour mobility. The event also gave an overview of the new Skills Agenda for Europe and the launch of the Coalition for Digital Skills and Jobs. Schuman Associates has been assisting clients in the areas of education, skills and employment for many years as well as assisting numerous projects in successfully applying for EU funding.
