Together with the consultants from Schuman Associates we started to develop the pre-feasibility search to find the ways of financing the modernization of heating boilers on the enterprises which belong to the regional council. We were advised to enlarge the scale of the projects. We merged several different projects into one with the total costs of 22 million USD. Schuman Associates also gave concrete recommendations of what to mention in our feasibility studies and presentations for lFl. Following given recommendations, our heating enterprise received the loan in World Bank. Dnipropetrovsk regional council thanks Schuman Associates, and personally, head of operations Mr. Jan Droge, who was involved into the project fully in challenging time range.
