Danai Tsapikidou-Giannopoulos

Danai is a Partner in Schuman Associates and Head of Business Strategies and Market Entry. With over 15 years’ experience in emerging markets business development, Danai has laid the foundations for the company’s External Aid practice and has advised leading US and EU corporations in establishing successful techniques for winning EU development aid and international projects. She works closely with senior management teams to formulate and execute go-to market plans in a number of sectors and countries. Before joining Schuman Associates, Danai worked with the European Commission's Pre-Accession Financial Instruments Unit in DG Enlargement and with the Euro Citizen Action Service (ECAS).

Danai holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the American College of Thessaloniki and two Master Degrees from the University of Edinburgh and the Free University of Brussels. She is Greek and speaks English, Italian and Greek.
