Anca Andreea Calugaru
Business Director
Anca is Business Director in Schuman Associates. She is in charge of designing, implementing and overseeing strategies for increased productivity and growth within the company. Anca leads the European Structural and Recovery Funds Practice, managing the public sector funding knowledge center of the company and coordinating a multi-country team of funding experts across all EU-27 member states. With more than 15 years of experience in business management and funding consultancy, Anca has been creating and managing EU funding programmes and projects for public and private organisations active in the digital, healthcare, energy and labor market sectors.
Anca holds a Management and Business Communication Master’s degree and has a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies and International Relations. She is Romanian and speaks English, Spanish and Romanian.
