Danai Tsapikidou is a Partner at Schuman Associates and a long-standing member of the company’s senior leadership team.
With more than 20 years of experience, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s business strategy, leading the development and expansion of several core practices, and introducing new service areas in response to evolving market needs.
Danai leads the firm’s business development strategy and defence advisory practice. In this role, she advises multinational companies and senior executives on how to engage effectively with EU institutions and navigate the evolving European defence funding landscape.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the American College of Thessaloniki, a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Edinburgh, and a second Master’s degree in European Integration and Development from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels. She is Greek and speaks English, Italian and Greek.
