David Luengo Riesco is a senior executive at Indra, a major Spanish technology and consulting company, and Managing Director of Indra’s Brussels Office since 2013.
Mr Luengo has been active in Brussels and European defence and security circles for over a decade, primarily representing Indra’s strategic interests at high-level industry and policy forums, especially those linked to EU institutions and collaborative defence initiatives.
In addition, Mr Luengo holds key roles in European industry associations: he is the Chairman of the Security Business Unit at the Aerospace, Security and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) since 2019, the Vice Chairman of the Board of the European Organisation for Security (EOS) since 2016 and the Advisor of the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg since 2015.
