Schuman Associates at the Conference “The Balkan and the Black Sea Area on the Move” organised by the Committee of the Regions in Brussels.

On 29 May 2015, Schuman Associates participated in the Conference “The Balkan and the Black Sea Area on the Move” organised by the Committee of the Regions in Brussels.

The event offered the platform for an interactive debate amongst political actors from the EU Institutions, regional authorities and project beneficiaries on the new potentials and current challenges of regional cooperation in this particular region. The discussion feeds into the ongoing review of European Neighbourhood Policy, aiming to allow more flexibility of EU support in the region and to support sustainable regional development in cooperation with regional authorities and stakeholder from civil society and the private sector.
