Seminar "Brussels European Capital of Lobbying & Arbitrage", Belgian Days 2018, Warsaw
Schuman Associates had the pleasure to speak at the "Brussels European Capital of Lobbying & Arbitrage" organised by hub.brussels, hosted by the biggest Polish Employer's Association Pracodawcy RP at their headquarters in Warsaw.
The event was opened by the Ambassador of Belgium, his excellency Luc Jacobs.
Malgorzata Stepniak, Head of Schuman Associates Warsaw Office, presented the case study of lobbying for the next MFF 2021-2018 EU funds.
The event discussed it the future of Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs) in the EU following the Achmea ruling and the implications for pending arbitration proceedings & enforcement of the awards.
This was the closing event of the Belgian Days 2018 of Warsaw. Already looking forward to the Belgian Days 2019 !
