In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Team Lead, with a high degree of interaction with colleagues from across our practices: Public Affairs, Strategic Communication, EU and Public Sector Funding, Bid Management, Project Implementation, and the Strategic Projects Advisory.
Your role will focus on:
- Supporting our teams to effectively communicate complex information with clarity and impact;

- Developing high quality and reader-friendly communication materials for external stakeholders;
- Supporting and implementing external communications, from planning and delivery to evaluation and reporting, with a focus on our website and social media.
Your core areas of responsibility will be:
Supporting our company and team in delivering clear and impactful information to support our clients and grow our business, by:
- Creating high quality and user-friendly communication resources for the team, including Microsoft Office templates, icons and infographics;
- Creating user-friendly guides as well as providing training and assistance to team members on the practical and effective use of these resources, including advising on how to use our brand’s voice and visual identity to communicate clearly, concisely and consistently to achieve the desired impact;
- Creating static and animated (video and gif) visual materials to support external communication needs (including for websites, events, presentations, reports, social media, articles, email newsletters, and print materials, from large format banners to business cards);

Who are we looking for?
For this role, we require a colleague with:

The position is project-based and can be executed in a remote setting.
- Leading the calculations of GHG emission potential according to Innovation Fund methodologies and templates
- Writing / re-writing content for the proposal covering GHG emission relevant inputs.
- Academic background in engineering or technical studies (mandatory)
- 2-3 years of experience in conducting GHG emission calculations (mandatory)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts with various stakeholders (Schuman project team members, clients, CINEA, etc.)
