We offer a number of six-month paid internships as part of our annual talent development programme, with the opportunity to grow your leadership potential, deepen your knowledge and kick-start a career in EU business and advisory services.

You will have the opportunity to grow and develop while immersed in a friendly, dynamic and multicultural working environment. Based in our Brussels headquarters, you will get first-hand experience working with our specialist teams on a range of client projects across sectors.

Beginning under a 6-month paid CIP contract, stagiaires may have the possibility to continue with us at the end of this period.

What will you do?

Based in our EU Headquarters in Brussels, you will work on EU funding programmes with a particular focus on Horizon Europe, Erasmus, Digital Europe, ESIF and the RRF, as well as on international projects.

You will work across our practices with a high degree of interaction with team members in Brussels as well as with our in-country consultants based across the EU.

You will be given responsibilities from the start, with opportunities to advance based on your performance and strengths. 

What do we look for?

In terms of experience, our ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 year of experience in EU funding programmes and/or project management
  • Private sector experience in an EU consultancy or similar - OR - Public sector experience in an EU institution

In terms of skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Multi-tasking
  • Practical problem solving 
  • Autonomy, self-organisation, priority management and reliability 
  • Good computer skills; experienced user of Excel
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical reasoning 

    Candidates who stand out will additionally have:

    • The ability to convert complex information into usable intelligence and analyse and present it with speed, accuracy and added value.
    • The ability to prepare reports and slides with a keen and careful eye for clarity, impact and accessibility.
    • Good command of spoken and written German
