Jan is German. He is a partner with Schuman Associates and heads up operations. He has assisted clients for over 15 years in developing strategies and building their presence in Brussels. Notable achievements include successful implementation of numerous advocacy campaigns at the highest EU levels.

Danai is Greek. She has more than 15 years of experience in emerging markets business development and has laid the foundations for the company’s External Aid practice.

Ramona is Romanian. Building on more than 14 years of experience with EU Structural and Investment Funding, she supports Schuman clients in implementing their funding strategies.
Irina PAPUC
Manager
Irina is Romanian. She assists our clients with the implementation of their funding strategies and supports them with the preparation of project applications to be funded under EU Structural Funds, with a special focus on Romania. Prior to joining Schuman Associates, Irina worked in the NGO sector.

Anca is Romanian. With more than 13 years of experience in accessing public funding, Anca helps clients in the private sector investing in greenfield or brownfield projects identify the right funding opportunities for their projects.

Head of Strategic Communications
Ashya is Irish. She leads Schuman Associates' Strategic Communications practice and is Deputy Lead of the EU project, "the European Broadband Competence Offices Network" (BCO Network).

Head of Public Affairs
Dimitra is Greek. She is a Public Affairs and Communications professional with 13 years of international experience in the private sector, EU Institutions, trade associations and the public sector.
Mike SAVARESE
Country Lead - Italy
Mike is half Italian and half American. He works on EU External Aid Funding and Advocacy. Prior to joining Schuman Associates he worked in the international division of a large Italian IT company managing international projects as well as developing new partnerships.
Ewelina ZIEDALSKA
Country Lead - Poland
Ewelina is Polish. She assists clients with the implementation of funding strategies and preparation of project applications to be funded under EU Structural Funds with a special focus on Poland. She also supports in monitoring, organizing and attending events relevant for clients.
Amir CAMPOS REVIRIEGO
Country Lead - Iberia
Amir is Spanish. He supports clients in accessing EU funds in the Iberia market. He has over 13 years of experience in international policy and EU funding consulting, as well as in fundraising and advocacy, for both public and private sector in Europe, the MENA Region and ASEAN.

Country Lead - France
Floortje is Dutch. She assists clients in accessing EU funds in the French market. She has over 12 years of experience in EU funding consulting and project coordination. She speaks Dutch, French and English.

Patrick Colgan

From 2004 to 2015, Pat Colgan served as Chief Executive of the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB), which was set up by the British and Irish Governments to manage the PEACE Programmes and INTERREG Programmes in Northern Ireland, Ireland and parts of Western Scotland.
Niamh Kenny

Niamh is Irish. She specialises in renewable energy, offshore wind, the hydrogen economy and the Green Deal. Niamh supports Schuman Associates clients who are interested in participating in a just energy transition, to position themselves strategically to avail of European Union supports in this area.
